1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders require 2 business days for handling and packaging prior to dispatch.

• Processing Window: Please allow 2 business days for our warehouse team to pack and prepare your package.

• Dispatch Notification: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will enter processing on the next business day.

Please note: Order processing/handling time is distinct from and not included in the shipping delivery estimate.

2. Domestic Shipping & Rates (U.S.)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all contiguous U.S. orders totaling $50.00 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Note: Delivery times are carrier estimates (5–10 business days) and apply once the package has been handed over to USPS.

3. International Shipping & Customs Guidelines

We ship to select worldwide destinations. International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

Important Rules for Foreign Shipments:

• Customs, Taxes & Duties: Import duties, VAT, or regional fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Customs Clearance: Moonbrew is not responsible for shipment delays resulting from international customs inspections or local postal bottlenecks. Standard transit is estimated at 5–10 business days.

4. Tracking Your Package

Every shipped order includes full tracking capabilities. Once your package is dispatched after the 2-day handling window, click the tracking link in your confirmation email to check real-time updates directly via USPS (for U.S. orders), via moonbrew-store.co, or your national post authority (for international orders).

5. Peak Season & Promotional Delays

During promotional events, sales, and high-volume holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Week, December holidays), fulfillment and carrier transit times may experience slight delays beyond our standard 5–10 business days timeframe. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.
